Arrival after hours:
Check‑in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier).
Outside these hours we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the fee will be €50.
If the arrival day is a local or national holiday or during weekends, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. €50.
If the arrival day is 1225, 1226, or 0101 the charges will be: €40 until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. €60.

Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction and a fine of at least €400. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and on the balcony.

Parties:
Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report andor the police, security, or neighbors intervene, a €500 fine will apply (in addition to the police fine).

Liability:
The property will not be held responsible for theft, robbery or any loss of personal belongings inside the apartment. Guests are advised to take precautions, use safety deposit boxes if available, and keep doors and windows properly secured. The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the guest.
